Description Random bit of Allie and Jake fluff.

And I wanted to play around with color and technique in SAI. Still not comfortable inking and doing flats in SAI, so that and some color correction was done in Photoshop.

That's awesome! But you shouldn't have to wait to go red! Although I went red about 10 years ago and just recently tried to go back to my natural color (really dark brown) and one month later...my hair faded out to red again. So I figure the fates have spoken and I'm just required to stay red, lol.

They are definitely one of my favorites.
There is a bit of a learning curve, but I guess that goes with everything. Once you find out what everything does, it's not bad. It's a lot more intuitive for painting, versus Photoshop. My only complaint is that the keyboard shortcuts don't match up with what they are in PS, so SAI is just not as efficient for me yet.

It's a lot of fun to color with SAI. I'm sure there is a lot more that can be done with it, but this was painted with just the water brush, which I have fallen in love with.
