first deviation I've put up in a while, know why? I've gotten more choosey with what I think is good enough to go here.I wanted to try this technique, found a bic pen, tested to see if it would run with water, didn't, and then dug out this set of crayola watercolor paints from like, when I was in gr. 2. They didn't work nearly as well as the ones as school, but I gave it a shot.

x________X the hard part was when the color that made it funky in the black ran out, and I had to try and recreate it (on his sleeves and other leel deetie weeties). Now THAT woss killair. Hehe.

Oooooh colors! I really like this one. The textures are awesome and really fit the overall look of what is depicted. I especially love the clothing design. This is getting a +fav fer sure.

You did SUCH an amazing job. And you make me WAY envious with your water colour abilties on this one. It's an instant fav. The colours are so strong. And it's so well done. I love it to death. Everything looks so perfect and professional.
I am so glad you found a pen that worked. It's totally awesome. Those dark colours suit it so very well, and you're skills with them are amazing. My water colouring abilities have been hardcore put to shame.
So pretty... makes me so jealous. Man this is amazing. Hands down this is totally becoming a fav.

Thanks a lot, I'm still getting used to using watercolor; this is the first time I have in a year, cause it was second semester art I tried it out last year. I think it could have been WAAY better, and I'm blaiming it on my bad skills and the age of the paints and their quality... I probably should have waited until I got back to school, but I couldn't.
The color was actually a total accident. I colored his hair first, and the arm stuff. That reddish brownish color? I was using the black. It came out that way. So I was like, DARNDID EW YUCK! But I kind of like the color, so I decided yeah! Let's fly with that. T_T Cept, half way through using it, it went black again, and I had to mix to find the right color. Oh wells.
