started out as a dumb technical drawing to show my friend how I did people, decided to do a background.

What an interesting concept! I like how the floor opens up at his feet. The ghostly shadows and creature are haunting (but in a good way).

Absolutely stunning... I'm very pleased to have found this picture-- a friend of mine showed it to me cos it happened to remind her of me, heh-- but surely, this picture deserves more notice than it's received!
So much I could say about this... artistically and metaphorically.. however, it's late, and... I don't feel like using my brain at the moment, ahahaha! But lovely work.

Thanks, it would have looked better if my dumb scanner picked up the lines better... there are whole bunch of little deets it didn't pic up on... first time my scanner has totally killed the little ones...

Something about that background is totally amazing and I love it to death.
Even the added shading has made it even better then when you showed it to be before. The faces as I said captivate me and the mouth looks totally amazing.
The concept is a creative one and I like the way you portrayed it SOOO much.
