Oh yes- I make use of it as it is still the only location I can update with images that are searchable by many major search engines and I can't update my main web site nor afford to pay any one to update it for me, and I really don't blog... That really is the main reason I have remained on DA all these years as I don't tend to get much interaction or active feedback on my work here any more... So, I will keep using DA for those reasons and to see the work of my fellow artists such as yourself, even if few of those I watch respond or even notice what I do!

I love your work man and I have always felt it deserves waaay more attention that it gets- but as ever porn and trendy crap seem to prevail here as everywhere else...what a shame...

I've found over the years I get the most interaction with this site as well and I love the energy of the young people. It is a shame that I have to avoid this site at work though because I can never be certain when I open it there wont be a quasi-legal girl wearing nothing but elf-ears and a belt contorting herself into a living Georgia O'Keeffe painting.

You may be in that weird sort of middle ground where you fans have started to think "how many different ways can I tell Kevin his work is awesome without it sounding like a cut n paste"!!  lol Sometimes I feel like that. "oh look, Kevin just created another amazingly original piece of artwork. Maybe I wont post that cat photo" lol

Thank you for the kind comments, I do truly appreciate them. I feels sometimes like I just post things and they hang there in electronic oblivion, relegated forever to some dark dusty forgotten corner of the internet. Then of course there are the realist-photographers who hate everything I do. Some of the comments I get are like Gollum watching Sam cook rabbits - "The fat one ruinnnnnns it!"

LOL, and just as I said that I learned that I got a Daily Deviation on my "Breadth and Scope" photo. Wow. I guess I cant complain today!

No, no polarizing filter. The one I had actually got damaged from shooting in a sandstorm a few days before!! That reminds me, I need to get another one.... lol

Thank you Dreammmer! I used the Canon 60D and I believe the lens was the canon 15-85mm. The focal length was 35mm and that was the only lens I had in my bag in that range.
