This is a drawing of Dawn from Pokemon wearing her grand festival dress in an underwater scene holding her breath she even has her Piplup. I still feel bad that i'm making all of pokegirls i have drawn so far ruin their outfits but it's fun to do and i'm now going to owe Dawn quite a bit of money for her dry cleaning bill especially after i draw her with her winter outfit and her princess dress sooner or later.Base used: www.deviantart.com/selenaede/a…
