This is a drawing of Dawn from pokemon wearing the princess dress she had in the Diamond & Pearl episode "Dawn of a royal day" in an underwater scene and i believe i'm the first one to do something like this. I wanted to do this awhile back but got sidetracked by slapshit and his toxic fetish but now that's over with i can now get back to what i like drawing pretty pokegirls underwater with clothes.
