I love this! I wish I had a picture of the costumes I made to show you. Nothing as amazing as these! I wish I had the time, money, and skill to do this! I'd never get anything else done.

I have the ren fest in Michigan, but my parents plan to go to the NC one one day because a vendor told us it was amazing there.

Come to NC for our ren fair or just to visit the state in general? I do like our ren fair. I go to the one in huntersville (near charlotte) and the one in raliegh. Our Fair has a pretty nice village built. Hope to see you there one day.

it's an awesome job, but the inability to really travel/do cons is making me a sad panda. kind of a trade off I guess! I'll be out and about come February, though.

Those darn jobs! Mine gets in my way too but it also inables me to do the things I enjoy. Fortunately, I like my job too although not quit as much as these other cool activities but like you said, thats trade off that most of us have to make.
