I'll get pictures of my costume up on here sometime, whenever I'm finished with the new additions, like better hooves.

Yea the paintjob really helps him. The metallic shinny yellow spots really help give him a strong slick reptillian look.

The tail has been the bane of my existence for this costume. I've tried and tried to buy one that is long enough to be remotely big enough to be seen in pictures but 6 foot tails are rare lol!

The ultimate plan would be an alligator tail. Which I need to contact some of the farms located in TX or Louisiana and see how much they would charge. And then spend a boatload of money getting it garment tanned. And then throw s'more money into getting a mechanical skeletal structure inside to make it wag (or even sense someone close and wrap around their leg). But that's probably about 2 years off.
The horse tail is the one I got from you a while back. Works great for now I need to get some photos of the dragons back.

Another plan for a tail involves a huge wooden bending snake toy covered in fabric with a harness...Just another short fix tho.

I did commission a pattern for making a cloth tail. I havent had time to construct it yet :-\

I am in DIRE need of some new wings. If you know of anyone to suggest for a commission then I'd be happy to hear

Oh and I have another mask for the red dragon in the mail! Its open mouth! So the costume should rapidly get much more TERRIFYING!

Haha! Yea everyone thinks the dragon is a guy when they first see it. But those who have stuck around a little or seen me before have seen my sans mask and know that I am a female ^_^ That or they hear my squeaky high pitched voice and figure it out!

I've been heavily considering making another costume for these stilts... I have some fuzzy sheep pants but they look pretty gay.... Blindingly white... I need to dye a cool pattern into them or SOMETHING.
I really want to do a half person half deer (satyr but a deer) costume. But thats mainly so I have have a warm weather costume that doesnt have a stifling mask inherent in it.... and MAYBE then I'll be a girl too!

sooooo...... yea I dont care what happens... when Ramulus 2.0 is done, Im comming to CO with the dragon and we're doin a photoshoot! That or I can bribe u with free tickets to AKON summer 2011

Hmmm..... I don't have a full alligator tail....just a 3 foot long strip (back of head to tailtip) garment tanned black. Dunno if you could use that... Otherwise...a fake/fabric tail would be best...for the time being.

WINGS! You need these kind! [link] Set them to open or closed, or just pull on strings (wired to your thumbs) all day flapping at people!!! I can possibly help you with that, but probably not until February.

But yeah... Ramulus 2.0 is going to be WAAAY more user friendly! I won't come out with a giant bruise on my head after a long day at a con/faire.

OMG! I really want to do AKON sometime!!! That'd be so badass!

Yea I remember mulling over the black alligator you have but If Im going for leather I'd want it to be a full leather tail, help keep the illusion as smooth as possible.

Febuary sounds fine I'll be busy working and then going to Holland for xmas/new years, and who knows what January will hold. But I think I'll still be single by feb so that month should be open! lol

lack of bruises would be nice Thats part of the reason Im hesitant about those wings because I dont want to add that much more weight to the costume, plus messing with wing rigging behind me while on stilts surrounded by small children all the while trying to make sure my stick or mask doesnt fall seems pretty ambitious

AKON 2010, plan it woman! I'll start dropping poison in my parents ears about them conveniently bein in CO and fiving u a free ride to TX :-P

The bias of the judges? Its a common issue I have actually (being beat out by a separately less dressed pair yet they win cuz they're a pair)....
