JUST SAYIN: STFU ABOUT THE PERSPECTIVE FAIL.or anatomyfail for that matter
There. Now that's out.. :'D
pffffffft no seriously I changed the perspective on Poland's lower half like a hundred times.. redrew him another hundred times.. and fuck it never looked right :/ I know it's still fail but in the end I just couldn't be assed to attempt any more.. so.. yeah. if someone's willing to do a quick fix-redline-sketch-whatever I'll love you forever

Also because I still had the sketch of this lying around since forever, and because I had to do a lol-eastern-european-funk!Liet since everyone and their grandma already did so too. Yeah.
also nice reminder to myself to never. attempt to draw feet again. ever.
I actually like the background better than the drawing itself lol

practice makes perfect. as they always say. there's always room for improvement. try drawing with models sometimes, it helps.

Alright then. The thing that bothers me most is how Po's sleeves look. In that perspective you should be able to see inside them at least a bit, if not they should be tangled (or how to say it "folded"?) where they contact Liet's tummy (I shall stop staring at his stomach now lol). I know you know Liet doesn't have toes in one of his feet, so I won't mention it xD So basically the only other mistake is Poland's right arm. It's thin and long (even with perspective.
Other than that, awesome X3 And I had much time to stare at it now and like it even more

(and as for the the toes.. ehehehe I tried like a hundred times but I just couldn't fix it, so I just left it like that :'D iFail plz. but I've never been able to draw feet worth a damn so yeah XD) (.. also what surprises me most is that nobody's said anything about the perspective not being right..? on Poland's lower half, I mean.. :/ I'm pretty much 100% sure that it's not right the way it is right now, so.. -shot'd-)

Well, one of other advices my bro gave to me was "It doesn't have to be correct, you just have to make it look good" And seriously when you'd look at great artists works you'll see he's right.
I told you about sleeves because it's the mistake everybody sees, since in this picture your attention is mainly directed toward their faces and it's next to Poland's face. Even if the perspective on his lower body is a bit off, nobody really sees it, because it's not very visible.
That doesn't mean we should leave anatomy errors, it's more like with make up. You can learn how to cover your bad skin, until you'll discover how to really heal it.

Yeah, me too :> But again, I only draw either pictures that make me and others happy (aka cute, funny things or fanart), or concept art for the story I write (because I'm actually more of a writer than an drawing artist

Funny, I picked drawing when I was already 14 or 15 even. Before that I was only sculpting and writing.
And I write in Polish :/ Too bad for both of us.
It wasn't always like that 
We started to get along when we picked up reading mangas together xDD It was like when I was hm... about 13 and he was 15. And some time later I got inspired by his drawings and decided to try it too and we got even closer since I was respecting him for his art.
But I often think it was a total coincidence. If it wasn't for some lucky and some unlucky events, today we probably wouldn't even want to talk to each other. It makes me value our close bond even more :>

If you think so, then maybe it's because as you said you made yourself a long break from drawing? (Well, actually I too wasn't drawing too much for these past 3 years, but anyway). But really, I don't consider myself a good artist T_T There are so many things I can't do. Especially realistic drawing.

hmm, well.. maybe you can try to mix up your current style and try to develop it with a more 'realistic' style or whatever it is you want.. ; p it's what I've been trying to for the past year, even though I still don't have much of an 'own' style (yet)
but still, I don't think you should drop the style.. try and use it drawing more realistic and see how that works out, that way you can still draw 'more realistic' and still keep your own style.. or something, ahaha
