Well I am the guy who requested this. To me the idea was that they play a hot and cold with the tiny guy ( me ). If he gets close to me she is supposed to say hot, if it was the opposite she is supposed to say cold and in the pic he is rasing his shoe over me while she says boiling hot.
Usually I like giantess ( everything to do with them ) , but I also like being humiliated, crusged and tortured by a hot giant guy infront of a giantess or infront of a tiny girl.
