PLEASE FULLVIEW!!!!^^Bonsoir mes amis!
Well, maybe you are a lil bit surprised. Me too XDDD Cause that i drew something like that and that it turned out in this way, well i never excepted.
I don´t wanted to draw it in my normal Anime-style.. So i began to make it like this finally....*drop*
I know i need A LOT OF TRAINING to become much more better and to work with much more details ;__________;
But you can believe me, its really hard to draw, at least for me ^^°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°
Its on the contest "I dream..." cause to be with him, to be close to him, that he would give me a kiss on my hand and maybe more...well you know, that is a dream for life. He is my life....and he ever will be!!!
So thats why Emi looks so "surprised" and at the same time so "nervous"... She can´t believe what happen right now....

I used a picture from the the french series "La Comtesse de Charny", with Isabelle Guiard and Eric Prat from 1988 just for the pose and a lil bit from the dress.
But sadly Eric doesn´t looked so well as my darling Louis of course. So i swtichted almost everything of him. I wanted to draw and presentmy real darling as good as i can...^^°°°

For Emily, well i used ACTUALLY a pic of myself, even if i know that this looks much tooo pretty for me XDDDDDDD *drop*
But well is my Dream i want to look like...so i guess its ok X°°D

A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For example i´m not so pleased with the rose and her frills....
Also her hair looks strange i think.... Man, such a dress is so complicated...-.-LOVE >>>

That is so cute! King Louis was a nice looking man, even when he was chubby. The paintings of him from that time may have been exaggerated but some were normal looking and it clearly looks like a French man. I heard that he wasn't actually all that bad of a person.

There are huge differences to his portraits during the revolution e.g because they tried to blame him a lot and to make the folk beliebe he was nothing more than a big fat pig and terrible king. So the images went to this:

Also - he was the best king France ever had! Everything people said and widespread about him, his regime, his personality, his appearance (again mostly through false 'biographies'/historians/transcriptions of/about/for Marie-Antoinette) isn't true at all! If someone is to blame than it is the Austrian!

Well ya, that's what I meant. I was trying to point out that he really did have a weight problem but it wasn't until later in his life, and yes there was a lot of nasty political cartoons drawn to make him look like a fat pig. There was a lot of nasty political cartoons that made Marie Antoinette look like a whore. Just a lot of bad stuff and she never said "let them eat cake".
As for the movie they could have picked a better fit. The only thing I can say about Dunst is that she does look Austrian because I am, but she doesn't look liker Marie, nothing like the paintings and yes there was a lot of mistakes in the movie. Her hairstylist was straight. I'm pretty sure Louis's sexual problems was fixed with surgery because he had painful erections. There was a lot left out too.

This is a wonderful and enchanting piece of art. The details and the emotions are just so well drawn. Even after 7 years, this is still a wonderful image.
I know it's an old piece and probably doesn't matter... but I couldn't help to spot to spelling errors in the German translation of the little dialogue...
It should be: "Ihr seid es wirklich..." and "Wer seid Ihr wirklich?"
The "seit" with "t" is used for time to express something happened "since", whereas "seid" with "be" is the personal use to ask "who are you" and such

Ich habe seit je her Probleme mir zu merken wann ein T oder D ans Ende gehört da bin ich ehrlich.. es ist (da das Bild ja auch nun etwas arg her ist) schon mehr drauf geachtet aber ich editier ja nicht jeden Text in meiner Gallery jährlich muss ich dazu sagen X°D Und ja ich weiß eigentlich eine sehr simple Regel aber naja... Solche kleinen Dinger mobben mich wie Kommas auch X°D *lol* Aber danke dir für die Erwähnung X3

Aber ja... früher wusste ich auch nie wirklich, wann welches - irgendwann hab ich mir dann die Eselsbrücke "Seit - mit 't' für time" gebaut und ab dann konnte ich es mir merken. Und wie gesagt, ist nach 7 Jahren wahrscheinlich relativ egal, aber es machte die schöne Szene in der deutschen Übersetzung etwas holprig ^^"
Und das Kleid ist doch total schön!! Aber ja, ich kenn das, wenn man selbst etwas anders zeichnen würde nach Jahren.

Auch wenn ich deine Affektion zu Louis XVI. nicht verstehe, bewundere ich doch das Ausmaß an Detail in dem Bild hier *o* Vorallem die Haare sind wunderschön dargestellt, und wie du Haut colorierst ist auch.. Toll. Wirklich toll.
Endlich mal jemand der historische Figuren so darstellt wie sie wirklich aussahen, ohne dass sie hässlich wirken (ich meine jetzt nur Louis XVI, nicht den hübschen Rotschopf).

Nun ich habe mich quasi in ihn 'verliebt' nachdem mir klar wurde was es mit ihm geschichtlich auf sich hat und in welchen ungerechten Schatten er gestellt wurde und nachdem ich sehr hart aus meiner rosa - Marie-Antpinette-Wolke gerissen wurde. Er war ein wunderbarer Mann, der beste König den Frankreich je hatte, der treuste Ehemann und aufopernder Vater. NUR leider wurde das durch die Zeit nun, der Revo und den unverdienten Hype um seine Frau (sprich angebliche bios und filme etc.pp) schändlicherweise völlig anders dargestellt und verfläscht...>.< Um das man eeeeecht kurzt zu fassen warum ich für ihn bin,... Emily ist daher meine Art ihm das zu geben was er (m.E) im Leben schon verdient hätte... Jemand der zu ihm stehtm ihn liebt, ihm treu und ein Freund...

Öhm, o...k X°D Danke~Darstellung ... Ich mein LudwigXVI war ein sehr hübscher Mann, 1,94 groß, breites Kreuz und kräftig (nicht fett! DAS wurde er erst in der Revo und nachdem er in Depris verfiel durch die Krankheit und den Tod seines Sohnes) Wenn man sich Bilder von ihm ansieht wo er jünger war und vor dem Trubel sieht man es auch... Und für mein Bild habe ich eben genau die Bilder genommen und meine heißgeliebte Büste und Münze etc... schau am besten mal in der Beschreibung da findest du die Bilder
