Kuronue from YYH. he's a bat creature with scrawny little wings that probably could never manage to carry him.but he still thinks he's badass.

I love the concept of the piece but he seems a bit off.... I think it might be his shoulder closest to us looks out of socket. His other arm is too skinny as well and the nipple closest to us is a bit to far over. Is his hips turned towards us? If so that would explain the way the line of the abs run. But I do like where you are going with this. If you do update it be sure to let us see.

No problem. Good luck with lopping off all of his hair maybe half his face to repaint that. Thaaaaaat sounds like quite a task.

Ahah, yeah. I'm not sure if I want to go that far really. Adjusting a muscle or something is a lot easier. I'll just keep it in mind for next time I do wet hair.

That's true. I can't even count the number of times I've completely repainted some body/muscle structures already but then for more delicate things like hair, I just kind of leave it as is and I just don't want to mess with it anymore after it's done.

There's something about his arms, which looks a bit off, I suspect it might be the really very hard line from the muscle at the very top of (the viewers) left shoulder as well as the hollow of it as it joins his neck, it doesn't look toned so much as just wrong. Again there is something weird about the angles of his back contrasted with that of his neck, he appears to be leaning back and at the same time bowing his head, as far as body lanaguge goes that's a pretty conflicting message. You've done a great job with shading, but his skin looks as if it probably needs a bit more of a purple tone here and there, given that the background has a vaguely purpley hue, it would probably make him feel more alive. The hair could have been a bit more fluid, as it looks like it's made of wire a bit. (I know I know physics doesnt exist in fantasy but you go outside with long hair in the rain for that long, doesn't look like that afterwards)
Other than that it's a really brilliant job, and i am getting nit picky but you asked for a critique
