Well, this might be too political. Obama inspired comicbook artists and writers to make new superheroes in his image. So why not a supervillain in the image of a US president, in this case Trump.
Admit it, the only few good things about Trump is he makes a perfect bad guy in works of fiction.

It took me more than month to think of a right design. I don’t know if I should go for more Iron Man, Lex Luthor, Thanos, Homelander from The Boys. I recently saw Zack Synder’s Justice League so I go for Darkseid which is a good match as it can be.

Did a sloppy job on the shading.

Bio: Ronald T. Rump is a rude and arrogant wealthy American businessman enters the world of politics by running for US presidency after President Camilla Hombee, known as the American superhero, Victory. He gain many supporters among the more nationalistic populace over the course of his campaign through his charismatic, shrewd, aggressive, and inappropriate rhetoric, including demonizing his political opponents and people of foreign origins.

As months away from election day, Ronald T. Rump’s most recent campaign regarding the building of an interstate oil pipeline through a Native American reservation in one of the Midwest states to create new jobs for Americans but also raise controversy of both cultural and environmental concerns. To ensure his victory for presidency, he secretly employed a loyal group of radical nationalistic militia to attack his campaign rally in Washington DC in disguise as Native Americans to shift public opinion of the oil pipeline, condemning the Natives as terrorists.

Fortunately, the attack was stopped before anyone was harmed by the American superheroes, Eagle, Uncanny Valley, and Gray Gunner who is back from Paris. Gray Gunner tortured and interrogated one of the militia, revealing that Rump was behind the attack. Then the heroes told the media of the attack.

When the news revealing Rump’s part in the attack, his approval rating began to fell and grown very upset of the revelation. There in his penthouse of his Tower, Ronald T. Rump received a mysterious box from France and flew out a black butterfly, akumatizing him. Ronald T. Rump calls himself All-Americus.

From a recording from the same box, Hawkmoth (or now Shadow Moth) told All-Americus with the power of Eagle’s Miraculous of Liberation, he can impose freedom on everyone, even far as the whole world.

“Every villain is a hero in his own story.”

All-American + -cus (Latin suffix for “Cause”) = “All-Americus”

“All” is in “All-powerful” or “Almighty.”

Though I don’t think Ronald T. Rump normally use Latin words since he prefer English but it’s a best name I can think of.

Inspired by Darkseid, Thanos, Captain America, Homelander, and other patriotic-theme heroes and, of course, ex-President of US, Donald Trump.

The “A” is also the Greek letter “Alpha” which is his insignia like Darkseid’s “Omega” symbol. In a way, All-Americus is the opposite of Darkseid through both ruthless.

Many Akumatized villains had their his skin color changed. All-Americus’ skin on his face is bronze color.

Like any major villains obsessed with objects. All-Americus is obsessed with Eagle’s Miraculous.
