To be honest the expected Iowa looked better than this one. I mean this Iowa screams fan service. But then again, things are different in Japan I guess.

While I do think they did overdo it with the fan service I think she does fit the standard character design in Kancolle more than the other Iowa. Either way, it seems that the Murica' crowd in US seems to enjoy the design quite a bit.
