my humanstucks as of late! as you can see i don't quite have everybody, but i do intend to make serious art of all of them. okay here we go
Karkat is a college student and has an apartment in the big city rather antisocial yet still somehow picks up friends
Aradia(not shown) moves to where they all live (I would assume they live in like newyork or even detroit michigan hahah.) and ends up getting with Sollux
Tavros works at a pet store, he's out of college and lives in a sort of ratty house where he serves as a foster parent for poor abandoned kittens.
Sollux is a bit older, around 25 and works at basically Best Buy, criticizing people on their terrible choice in computers but sells them anyway.
Nepeta is the youngest by far, still in highschool and hosts a club in said highschool. Despite being quite a bit younger than Tavros they met when Nepeta was getting a kitten and ever since, they'd been great friends.
I haven't really worked out much for Kanaya, soo.. we'll come down that road later.
Terezi is a librarian, about 20 years old and often terrifies small kids in the childrens section. Despite being blind she has a knack for navigating people to what they need.
Vriska has a BAND, she uses John as her lacky and will often get drunk at the after parties and fuck random guys despite her promises to John, leading him on but he's just a tool who cares.
Equius should be a year ahead of Nepeta in highschool but got held back, he looks way older than he is and is constantly looming over the bouncy girl and it kind of creeps everyone out.
Gamzee is homeless, duh. he occasionally graffiti's shit, hence the coat, he also if it isn't obvious, does weed among other mildly addictive drugs. He met Karkat one day when the boy was heading to college and the prat took sympathy on the hobo and gave him some lunch, since then Gamz shows up at Karkat's door without fail once and a while to beg for food and take a free shower, even getting some fresh clothes once and awhile.
Eridan is that stereotypical hipster, sitting at underground cafes on his macbook. He takes up photography on the side but is actually very devoted to painting, and attends the same college as Karkat. He and Sollux met when Eri was getting himself a new laptop and they've been rivals ever since, Sol even playfully flirts with a certain cafe worker just to piss the SHIT out of Eri.
if it wasn't obvious, Feferi works at the cafe, I haven't done much for her either but she seems like fun.
I have ideas to incorporated the exiles as teachers and parents for some of them, but I don't think i'll put too much thought into that. Though I adore the idea of doing an AU which focused around them, perhaps sidestories??
anyway if you made it down here, what do you think? should I make a tumblr for it, make it a real story??
