Description
This is an idea I had floating around in my sketchpad for several months. It's been a very long time since I attempted to make another comic, but here it is.
If you remember the episode: Clown and Out, you probably know that both Mr. Plotz and Wakko are deathly afraid of clowns. So I made a possible what if scenario where the other Warners try to figure out a solution to the problem.

I am glad to say this one took a lot less time than the first one I did, Wakko's Fair Trade. Where as that one took almost a couple of months to finish, this one only took a week. Part of of reason is that I've gotten a lot more comfortable drawing these characters now then I did two years ago. Although Dot still looks a little off to me. I should really practice drawing her more.

Another reason was that I went ahead and colored in digitally.
Initially, I was going to do this in Photoshop, but for some reason there was error in which it wouldn't let me edit the line work I scanned in. While I was figuring that out, I decided to upload the pictures to MS Paint, a program I rarely use except making small crops and edits. I was pleasantly surprised that when I tried coloring it in, it actually looked good. Didn't have to worry about getting a white outline between the black line work and the colors. It helped that I made some adjustments to my scanner so that it picked up the black lines at a higher quality.

Overall, this whole project involved a lot of experimentation. But it really paid off in the end. Looking at my own handwriting however, it was probably was not a good idea for me to draw out the speech bubbles.

I decided not to add too much shading since I wanted this piece to have similar look to an Animaniacs comic book from the 90's. Plus I'm not that good at MS Paint.
