Good choice. I'd suggest adding Susie Sings The Blues (from the All Grown Up spinoff) to this category. The reason is because after Susie, longing to become a professional singer, realizes that the alleged "talent agent" Beverly Jones has conned her, and also Susie's sister Alisa, out of $1,000, Susie doesn't bother going to the police with Beverly's business card. It's as if Susie thinks conning people is all right as long as it's for business. As for Alisa, she doesn't bring her sister down to the police with the card, either. She just exclaims, "She could've taken it a lot further than she did!". Susie was so much more ethical than this in the original Rugrats series (when she and Angelica were 3), which implies that she may have let Angelica be a bad influence on her for the ten years between the original series and All Grown Up.

I just proofread your review summary. Copy and paste your new edited review summary (below) in the description section:
Now this is a bizarrely bad episode. It almost feels like this episode should've been a dream like the episode "Visitors from Outer Space" where there's a bizarre twist at the end. But it ends up becoming an awkward, sort of cruel pretty disturbing mess. Given Disney's Aladdin came out several months prior to this episode, I'd have to say they already have a lot to back up doing a take on the story even in imagination. The kids think that because they made a wish in Angelica's "magic lamp", the whole world changed into all sorts of weirdness, with weird things like pirates, spacemen, cowboys, the three little pigs and a moose! Actually, it's a costume party Drew and Charlotte were throwing, and even on the adults’ side of things, it isn't exactly "mature".
Stu and Drew get into a pissing contest over whether Tarzan or King Kong is the king of the jungle; personally, I'd go with Tarzan since he, y'know, came first and all. Drew is an asshole in this episode locking Stu out of his house over a petty argument, and Stu, wearing nothing but a loincloth, tries to break back in through increasingly desperate means. He even gets caught in the gutter. I don't really find Stu's desperation funny, since a lot of people who've been locked out of their own homes have also gone nuts trying, and like Stu, since this wasn't even his house, he gets hauled off by the cops who just keep mocking him. Anyway, back to the A-plot, which is actually really creepy as an adult, more so than as a kid.
Didi's cousin Bucky, who we never see again after this, comes to the party and his gimmick is the "pull my finger" joke, which I don't think even real babies would laugh at; it’s so immature. The guy just comes off as this fat obnoxious creep, especially when we see HIS costume, which is just a diaper. Yeah, he's a giant baby, most people who use that as a costume would at least have a little more to it so it doesn't look so.... fucking creepy... The Rugrats are understandably terrified of what they believe is a giant monster baby chasing them through the house; fuck, I'D be scared if a guy like that came at me and asked me to pull his finger! There's potential for humor here, but it just comes off as disturbing and crude. And in the end, Angelica gets the worst shock of her life, and she didn't really do anything wrong here either; all she wanted was some goddamn sleep.

Hmmm. Bucky should meet that Nightmare baby from Angelica's Worst Nightmare. They get along. They're both psychopaths!
