I bought years ago a binding sort of shirt which I use for all my male characters. I got it from this website: www.t-kingdom.com/
It's a bit pricey, but it works really well. You may also find some on Ebay

The location, hair , and dress

All right. The location is just an average forest
That hair is actually a wig. I merged two colors to get the exact tone I wanted. After that, I cutted and styled it.
And at last, this is not a dress, but a tunic
