This started out as vent art but turned out pretty good so i decided to line and color it, i'm also in the process of exporting a speedpaint of this since i recorded it as well.
Also the lyrics above are from the song Pity Party by Melanie Martinez, i've been basically listening to her album Cry Baby the whole time haha.
But yeah, this is a vent art, with a lot of hidden/badly hidden symbolism in here referring to my transition as a trans male.
Also im just putting the Mature content on it just to be sure ;/

so, i first found this on youtube, and the tidle said NSFW. i clicked on the finished part, and then i found myself confused. this is gore. not NSFW. if it really is, explain how it is NSFW. it looks good btw. and, not to be hatful, i dont think i would want to watch you. i mean, your artwork is fine, its just all the yaoi and inappropriate art i found in your gallery. but the other half is completely fine. but i just dont find you 100% worthy of me clicking the watch button on your account. if you would make more appropriate art on you channel ( and gore if you want, thats fine too. ^U^ ), then i will find you worthy for me to watch.

okay so first of all i am going to assume you mean title; It said NSFW cause gore falls under the category nsfw.
It is not safe for work, not everyone would like to watch a video in public that might have people give them awkward looks.
even though it is mildly not safe for work, it is still; NSFW.
secondly, i don't need to cater to you with my art.
I make art for myself and for a living ,if i want to fill my gallery with 'yaoi' and 'inappropriate' art i can choose to do so.
to be quite honest i don't care if you want to watch or not? that's your choice.

I saw this speedpaint on YouTube just today and naturally I had to come find it here eheheh
I am so in love with this drawing, even if it's a year old and I'm sure your style has changed since then; but still, I understand how symbolic and meaningful this is to you, and it's had such an impact on me too. I am a trans male as well, only having just recently discovering and coming to terms with it. I am still very closeted in the world outside of the Internet, and this drawing sums up so much of what I feel, and all the internal struggling I have with myself. Even with this dark symbolism that this portrays, it is still so touching and inspiring to me. You did such a marvolous job with this piece, and as a trans male to another trans male, stay strong, because you rock, dude.

I love this picture a lot and I was wondering, what tool do you use to line art? I use sai as well but was unsure how you got such smooth lines

I don't have the brushes i used in this piece anymore, cause i keep changing the settings.
But the closest that would come to them is this one; Hard Acr
Other than that i use the basic brushes and played with the settings a little to adjust them to my tablet/ hand. ; v ; )b

Yeah I can understand that. I change my brush settings alot as well since I can never really find something I am happy with. (I also forgot to save my brush settings when sai glitched out and i had to reinstall it lol)

I'd love to tell you but to be honest i don't have the settings for these brushes anymore.
I changed them since this piece;; These settings are the closest to what they where in this piece.

I saw the speedpaint for this and I immediately had to find it here. It's amazing, I love the vibrant use of colors, the symbolism, the technique, everything.

I badly need this to give to a friend. He's going through a lot right now; bullying, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, depression.. He's gone through the transition as a trans male, but now he's even started questioning his gender and sexuality. It hurts to see him like this.
He's a huge art freak, though, and loves colorful, symbolic pictures with dark meanings. I'm sure he'd love this.
Maybe make it available for prints? Things like this deserve to be hung on walls, where they can be admired by many, not just on the internet.

Watched the video and I honestly think this is awesome. I love the mix of colors as well as the symbolism behind the picture too. I originally thought it was just a mash up of the entire album until I read you description.
