Azi is his father's son, truly. They are similar in phenotype and both have strong angulation and sound bodies and minds. Much was changed by breeding to Spanish import, Azika, thick body and medium bone structure with a very specific head. I like Azikiel more than both his parents, so I believe I succeeded in this breeding. Azi has a square head with a wide muzzle, good depth of muzzle, large skull and smooth over the occiput. He could use more stop, though, and this is a minor fault. He has a beautiful front end and I love his shoulder set and posture. Good length of neck, depth of chest, beautiful topline, great tailset, muscular hind end and throughout. His pasterns are like his dam's, a bit too flexible. Raziel's are upright which I don't prefer either but it would have been one or the either. I'd prefer flexible over inflexible especially for Azi's size. At 3 years of age, he is 27" at the shoulder and 125 lbs. This is a good size, maybe a bit tall, but he is so good overall that I'm alright with it. That is me handling him in the image and I'm 6'1" feet tall. So he's definitely got height going for him but he is strong in conformation and noticeably Corso.

As a puppy, he was quiet, stable, and hard for corrections. He still is. He required a little less socialization than others; he learned SO quickly so it was imperative to not make any socialization or training mistakes with him. He is a positive impact at Fortezza for working minds and conformation, and believe he will influence our goals towards the "Super Dog" greatly.

He is a fawn with a rich bronze coat. It has faded a little as he's grown but as a puppy he looked almost red. I would consider him just a regular fawn now but with a tinge of something else. He has a full melanistic black mask that reaches to the inner corners of his eyes but stops before his cheek. His nails are black and paw pads are a dark grey. He has full dentition which is scissors. He has open, bright brown eyes and his ears have been battle cropped with the full bell kept, and tail docked after the 4th vertebra, typical for the breed.

He is available for stud services to only approved bitches, who are health tested (ODAKHC has closed but the Kennel-Club offers it now [you are free to test her yourself]), have at least three pictures of her up on DeviantArt, and have never mothered a crossbred litter.

Azikiel is not linebred. He is a complete outcross. That has both pros and cons. The cons are mostly that there is no telling what he will produce.

He is second Fortezza generation, third DA generation.
