After Lucy was shrunken Wendy was given the job of caring for her, but she may have gotten a tad carried away.Unhappy with the background here, I went with a generic wall from FT HQ, but it's too close to Lucy's hair colour.

I think you did a great job of capturing the humiliation Lucy must surely feel as her diaper is changed while she wears a "Bad Girl" bib! It doesn't appear that whatever Wendy is saying is meant to console Lucy's bruised ego, either.
