First time I saw Wendy I thought she was kind of a crybaby but she was still cute.

I swear she's got a HUGE girl crush on Erza.

Ah Wendy...
I blame you for my love for Fairly Tail now.
I like this picture (Do you ink on paper or in photoshop now?) but I do say it could use a tad more shading, well, for me atleast. The eyes seem a little bland, perhaps ad some highlights and shading depending on the light source of course. (Im not good at shading skin so I can't give much insight in on it)
But overall, I do like this picture lol. Her knees are damn awesome. Wish i could draw Knees ;-;.

LOLI ALERT! That's what I thought when I saw her in Fairy Tail for the first time. I don't know what her power is but i think it involves something about healing people, i still like her. You did a great job on this! I try to give constructive criticism in all of my comments though, just because i believe constructive criticism is better than a "good job" so if you don't want constructive criticism do not continue!!

I think you did the ribbon very nicely, you can really add some depth to it with shadows though, even a little line of it. The right leg is slightly fatter than the left leg (I always refer to things from the viewers perspective) a good way to see if things look off is by holding them up to a mirror or clicking "flip image". What happens is if you look at something from a fixed position for too long all of the features start blurring together and you don't notice them. That's why artists often take a few steps back from their drawing to refresh their eyes. The skirt at the bottom looks like it should be curving at more of an angle as well as the designs on it, it looks like you're almost there with it, but not quite, it will add a lot of depth. You look to have done the knees very nicely (I notice knees a lot for some reason). The nose looks a bit too masculine for her face, although I don't really know how wendy looks so i may or may not be right. I'm not an expert on eyes and lighting, so I'm just going to throw this out there as something you might want to try, you should try putting a light brown color in the direction of the highlight in her eye to add some depth, you can also try using the spraybrush tool around the highlight in her eye to make it seem glossy (I'm not great at coloring eyes, so just experiment with it!) If you make wendys hair a lighter blue you can lock the opacity and use the pen tool to add highlights, low lights and shadows. Don't be afraid to use black, but use it sparingly, if you use the darkest black everywhere then itll all just bleed together. I don't know what color her hair is though, i'm just throwing that out there. Varying line thickness also adds depth. The background is really nice and the letterings are really nice too, I wish i could write like that, but alas, i was cursed with two left hands.

By the way, I wouldn't call this constructive criticism but you should definitely start moving away from front views. When i started drawing I only drew anime from the front and I started getting bored and realized i was only drawing for the sake of drawing and stopped drawing completely for an entire year. But when i started drawing different things I began loving art again. I still draw front views and stuff just for the sake of drawing, but when i want to have fun drawing I pick up my pastels and draw other things. I'm not saying you should immediately stop front views, i'm just saying out of concern for your own enjoyment, if something interests you, then draw it. It doesn't have to be exact, it doesn't have to be realistic, scribble it in if you want. I would hate for you to stop drawing, too much potential would go to waste!
