The problem is - How am I supposed to get permission, when I find the picture during my search on PhotoBucket? If I would find a picture on DeviantART, of course, I would ask, but if I find something on the internet and I do not know the artist, than I just can, in my opinion, say that it's not my FanArt.

On DeviantART A LOT people use FanArt for creating Sigantures and I don't want to know how much of them actually asked and they don't even get reported.

Simple solution? Don't post it on dA.

All those other people are breaking the rules and, hopefully, will be reported soon just as you have been.

Oh, I kinda expected you to say that.

But why are you caring? Don't you have somethign else to do rather than going around and telling people what to do and reporting their stuff? The comments hidden on your page are not actually making you look well.

The comments hidden are people thanking me for faving or watching them. I personally wish I could just delete them permanently because they're just annoying and taking up space. But, ofcourse, dA doesn't think about those sort of things.

The reason I care? First, if it's someone else's fan art I would like credit to be given to them and not you, the person stealing it. Second, if the art someone uses is actually copyright of some company, legal action could possibly be taken and I would like to save anyone the trouble of that.

TLDR; You're stealing, so ofcourse it's being reported.

In my opinion its a nice gesture to say "thanks" if somebody watches you, its not something naturally. I guess dA has not though of it, because people actually respond to that and do not think that its annoying, if someone says "thanks". Its a good way to get in touch, and stuff.

Well, I do not know whose FanArt it is since I found it randomly, so all I can say, when I upload is, that I do not own the FanArt and that it does belong to its original owner. And I think that I do that. The GFX @ ~Remain-Kun means, that I just made the Background and stuff, I do not want to say, that I drew the FanArt, I made the things around it.

Then go and report all the others who are stealing, too. Its not like there are millions of pictures with stolen art on it.

I know in most people's opinions it's nice to say thanks. But I just don't like my profile page covered with comments I'm not gonna even reply to. And I don't like seeing that I have a lot of messages thinking someone favorited or complimented my work only to see it's someone saying "Thanks for thinking I'm awesome~" But that's beside the point.

Like I said, I don't know about the GFX whatever thing you posted this to. Most sites don't care where you got it as long as your editing looks good. dA is not one of those sites, so you have to take it down or it gets reported.

I assure you, I am slowly but surely doing that whenever I see something against the rules. But I'm not going to go out of my way to go and report every single deviation that has something wrong. That's impossible, and you're either an asshole or delusional thinking I can actually do it and wanting me to.

After it is already reported, I think I will not take it down and wait what will happen.
It does not seem like that you are the one not tolerating "my work" not dA. The 70 people who have faved it, had to problem with it.

I think if its impossible to report everything, anyway, than you should concentrate on "real" art theft and should not call people asshole, who try to talk nicely to you. If I want I can report you now as well, I think we're even?

I mean I understand your point but it seems like that we won't come to a nice conclusion as long as I do not put this signature down. And because I dont want to, since I put some effort into making it, I do not think that it makes sense to continue my chat with you.

Those 70 people, no offense, clearly do not know the rules. I've seen that happen a lot, obviously stolen art being very popular. Though that's most likely why it's popular, it's not theirs.

This is real art theft. So is most of the signatures in your gallery, which I have promptly and rightly reported. Are you saying if you saw someone get their belongings stolen right infront of your eyes you wouldn't do anything? Damn, you have no common sense or morals, do you?
