~Lukiih was having this Quest For Improvement project a while back. Wanted to enter but time and laziness constraints disallowed me entering. So I figured I'd do it anyway, for my own benefit, and use it for this challenge.

So yeah, here's Tiger of TR [Team Rocket that is!] and her pokemon

The one on the left was drawn in 1999 [see written date]. This is the oldest piece of artwork I still have in my possesion. [Apparently my old friend Danny still has a drawing of Charmander I gave him in 7th grade, '98ish] I was a few weeks away from being 14 when I did this for the Pokemon League club or whatever they had at Books-A-Million way back when. [Totally got dumped for that Yu-gi-oh club ] I truly thought I did an awesome job at the time. I look at it now and laugh.

To the right is 2007 Tiger of Team Rocket and her top pokemon, Jolteon [who is too cool for a nickname!] Grew up, filled out yadda yadda. Changed her outfit. Would I really wear such a mini skirt and skimpy outfit? If I had that body and work for the #1 Crime Organization in the Region, damn right I would!
Why the whip? Old School Team Rocket members [from Red and Blue] all had whips, remember?

I figured I'd do them both in the same medium, just to be fair. The 2007 one is Prisma colored Pencils. The 1999, I'm sure they were RoseArt pencils.
