And no, actually the character was a male, and his 'human' form looked different from what he looked like as a dragon. (it was only the dragon part that really reminded me of it).
I believe the game is called 'Magic Pengel'.
Though the more I look at your drawing, I don't really think it really looks like the dragon in the game to much. Just kind of reminded me I guess.
