Friendship is not created by being friendly, helpful, nice and kind. Those are counted as "good manners."
In MY opinion, a true friendship is formed by; sharing things, having fun, being ready to help in a serious place, being able to talk about almost everything and supporting/caring/trusting each other.
Also, true friends are able to disagree and not afraid of getting in a (verbal) fight; if they are true friends, a fight or two and disagreeing are NOT breaking their friendship.
