I love the design for this piece. The birds look adorable sitting on the edge, the ridges on the saucer part add a nice style to the whole piece, and the handle looks really comfortable.

If you painted the birds white & put them on water goblets, they would make great Wedding gifts.

I don't do that! I only make what I feel at the time I feel like making something...I don't ever make anything anyone ever suggest...it is to much like work...I always tell them ...when you get a good idea...take the time to learn the trade and make a fortune on your great idea's. People are always suggesting to me , what I shoul make. I have made over 800 different pieces in 16 weeks and if they can't find something that they like amongst them, then they really don't like what I do anyway. I tell everyone that comments...I don't need ideas, because I am retired and I only make what I want...sorry. I don't care if anyone buys my work...I get a check every month anyway.
