The song made me think of an emo girl who never fitted into everyone else's reality so she made her own fantasy of bones and darkness. She was never happy. Over time, there came people who understood her, eho shared her fantasy. One fine April morning, her friend Jennifer asked her a question. "Would you rather die slowly or real fast?"

The skeleton girl thought long and hard about this. After an hour of silence she whispered "Dying quickly is for people who are unhappy with their lives. I am not one of those people. Dying slowly is inevitable. We are all dying right now, our hearts just a countdown clock ticking mindlessly. Were all just waiting."
