finished yesterdayexperimenting with painting still... tried to do extra saturated colors.

ohhh this is lovely!! There's so much life in his face, surely you are on the right track to mastering this technique!
small hint you may find useful: first try drawing the base of the hair with larger strokes, then add thinner strands of hair(for highlights, texture, etc.)
