The force, the lasso, clearly her wrists are bound behind her, and oh yeah, she is all of 6 inches high.  You can tell where his eyes are.  Unfortunately, the lava made him impotent (like half the guys out there it seems), and the prosthetic just does not cover this need.  Now we know where the Vader/Emporer split started and why.
