Meh, I wish I would've had more time for this! It's super duper messy o_xPretty much just what I imagine them to look like, and what I remembered seeing on fanart.
I changed Tex's pose because I could absolutely not see what she was doing on the original poster. And I switched Sarge and Grif, because I can. Y'know, leaders in front.
...Wow. Please pay no attention to the complete lack of accuracy on the armor-stuff xD

Never really thought about the actual physical appearances of all of these guys, but for some reason your renderings seem very appropriate. You got Sarge's sociopathic grin just right! Not to mention the rest of the gang! Great job on all of this. You did each of the characters justice!
*Kinda wished Caboose was staring over here so I could a better look at him, but hey, with Caboose, even a profile is asking for way too much. ^^
And don't worry so much about the lack of accuracy. It's one of those drawings in which the contradicting sketchy neatness gives it a little more authentic vibe, if you know what I mean.

Think about it - the left side is Doc, normally. And the right side is O'Malley, the shadow is showing that you never really know what O'Malley really looks like since he's an AI. And the red eye is showing his power of evil. ...or partly evil...

I can tell that the background-guy is O'Malley. I can tell because of the time-period. Look around, it's obvious that they're in Blood Gulch. Who was the biggest threat in Blood Gulch? (besides Tex to the Reds) There wasn't a Director in the Blood Gulch Cronicle.
