Hi, this is a very impressive drawing. Aspects such as perspective, lighting and blur on the bird in the foreground are very cute, the use of light, and the effects that you added to the image giving it a character of yesteryear very attractive and beautiful. I mean, anyone who sees this picture the first thing that will feel is a very romantic and close to the city of Paris atmosphere. As for the characters, I really like the style, were well made and the way you draw is very smooth. The architectural design is very good, but I recommend you to work more perspective on the smallest objects (I refer to the chair, the table, and some lamps)

The starling contrast with a lovely color palette. This art just screams beauty and passion for the world,city, and pokemon. I love how it looks like a crisp dawn or dusk in a beautiful city as this shows the artist intentions to capture everyday life in a wonderful way.
I love that it really looks liek a screen shot or concept art to a badass pokemon anime series or movie that takes place in the small Kalos region, maybe its concept art for pokemon Z or X2 Y2. either way I am left with a feeling of happiness and envy as i WOULD LOVE TO BY THESE GAMES IF i HAD A 3DS. Wonderful Job.
