Mind sharing the pattern or giving some tips on how to make one? I was originally considering altering a teddy bear pattern, but I have trouble figuring out how to make the hat and the hooves.

unfortunately, I withdrew pattern of Chopper already, because of decided to not sew him anymore ._.
uh... I don't know how to explain sewing his hat, but hooves - each half of hoof is just two triangle pieces of stretchy vinyl fabric sewn together and firmly stuffed with fiberfill.

For the hat, I'm thinking two large circles or donut shapes combined with one or two long thin rectangles for the base and then one smaller circle and a large long rectangle for the top. Would that work?
