Description
I need to take time to explain what is going on in these pages a little better! It is hard to follow.
The three girls on the left of the middle panel are shapeshifters, like their grouchy "friend" Paverill, the lady cat. They love any excuse to turn into the doglike animals, in the bottom panel.
The rest of the characters on this page are guys.
Characters in order of appearance on this page: Clovis, the head of the king's service staff, the wine steward, the main character, Kade, Sergent Berm, the three girls are Peather, Mindle and Jory.

WHOA! Paverill is a shapeshifter?! I had NO idea -- and I've read both Reptangle and Rue Day twice now!

Most people in this story were able to shift when they were really young, but haven't kept at it. It is a skill like gymnastics, almost everyone can do somersalts and cartwheels when they are Kids, but most people loose the ability when they grow up unless they keep working on it.

Yeah, all four of the Lady guards are shifters. They went to the shift academy together, and have stayed close friends...Paverill is the best at it.

Late in my duties here, Melody. Real life got out of hand, again. There is a bit of schmutz in the "I'm going to try to summon the spirit of Rueday" text bubble in panel 2.

The yellow next to the blue, the blue opposing the pink things in the first panel... is all intentional.
I hate the colors I used on the previous pages! Need to change them. That aqua blue background just doesn't work too well.

Yeah, I know that they are shape shifters, but sometimes I have problems telling if someone is a boy or a girl, especially in comics.
Though, I guess it´s mostly the art style here. It´s nice, but like I said, I have trouble figuring out who is what and how and whatnot.

I only really have that problem with comics, and only sometimes, because in animated stuff, there is always voice acting, and male and female characters sound different, so that´s good.
Could you maybe put the characters´ genders in the description for people with this kind of problem?
