The air is cold and thick with fogI sit in the compete silence contemplating
All of these emotions running circles in my mind
All of this doesn't make sense
Its too complex for me to completely understand
Its slowly driving me insane and into the oblivion
I scream but its not heard
Not a single soul hears because
They are all ghosts in their own horror stories
Completely and utterly alone
Everything, emotions and thoughts, collapse
Into one meaningless ball of confusion that refuses to be resolved
This realization then sinks in
I'm all alone and no one is going to
Rescue me this time. I'm on my own.
Fear creeps in
Starting from my toes
And ending in my brain
One single word
Echoes around my mind
ALONE
