Nice X-ray but it seems to be backward due to the position of the heart, which should be situated on the right when viewing the film. Some people are built that way, but it's very rare. I'd still say it's backward because of the angle of the right main-stem bronchi, which is more vertical than the left. The interesting thing is whoever evaluated this film did so from the view in which it is posted here, judging from the notations on the film. Of course, none of this would matter to anyone 'cept for a med junkie. Still a nice film with very good technique.

I bothered to look at some of the other films and they show some serious Kyphoscoliosis. Apparently, your sister's anatomy is gonna be a little differnet and her internal organs, including heart and pulmonary system, have shifted. Sorry for the confusion. The film is in it's correct orientation.
