Broken
So this is a piece that I've been working on. I've come to a conclusion my muse for typing in role plays has left for vacation, and it seems to be going into photo manipulating so I think I'll be doing a fair bit of pictures every know and then. Anyways, this is just a random piece that I just fell in love with the stock, never would have though they would be a good match, but it is simply beautiful. I think it's my best yet.

So for once, I actually looks up lighting tutorials and I found an amazing tutorial. [link] This person did wonders for me, she helped me figure out how to do lighting the easy way. I find it takes a bit longer but she helped me understand where shadows should be places, where highlights should be and over all how to blend my horse & background better. I also fallowed a tutorial for painting "Broken"'s eye. [link] << amazing work and I don't think my eye is anywhere near hers, but it's one of the more realistic ones I've done.

As for the mane and tail, I totally went solo. I did the tail & mane from scratch and absolutely love how they turned out. Again, I think its the best I've done. I find the more I do it, the more I get better and the more realistic they turn out. I also added a reflection in there, not that you might tell, but it is in there, I find that DA slaughters little details so I may be making a detail picture for this image 'cause I'm just so damn proud of it. I'll edit this later with the details posted in the description :3
