I like her character 51M1. She's an interesting robot. But what if Stellar Rulers would give her some more features?
Her lights aren't blue, cause she's using a different core. Pretty unusual for Rohar technologyl. Well her old core which glows in turquise. But still she needs a shell made of black neodym that is an important part of the intelligent Stellar Ruler shields. She can save attacks now.
She got some antigravitation modules to avoid abrasion of mechanical parts.And and and...

Meant to ask: How did you make her eyes glow like that? I'm making a hooded character, and wanted to make his eyes glow kinda like that.

Everything is made in Photoshop. I started a new layer and drew the eyes in flat greenish color. Then I used brighter color to add it in the middle of them. After that I used a layer effect "glow", put the greenish color on it and tada. Finished.
