her neck is too long and her pants are slung way low which may make it seem like the torso is long and the legs are short.the legs measure correctlyin proportion to the body, the mistake is the neck :3

If you're referring to X-23 as Wolverine's clone, she is. She was created by the Weapon X program and trained as the perfect killer. She eventually joined the X-Men, X-Force, and Avengers Academy. She is an awesome badass and in my opinion, better than Wolverine, pardon the heresy.
