Anyways, Charles will be retiring from LoX and will be available only as NPC from now on.
He'll continue his work as a professional model and you'll be able to meet him in town every now and then (probably during morning joggings or in coffee shops). He also left his contact number so you can drop him a message or call.
He really enjoyed his stay in LoX and he wants to thank everyone who made his stay the best it could be.
If you've read his last mission , Charles is a man with no purpose in life.
Like a seaweed being tossed by the waves (wow deep) , he continues to find contentment as he moves from one job/place to another.
