Toy Bloon and tentatively named Neon. I had Neon created as a Myche based on neon lights at night by . TB's look was primarily based on Fluttershy and Apple Bloom.

I relate to male characters better, typically, but I'm not sure what gender I want of these two. I was leaning male for TB and female for Neon, but I don't have any particular reason for the characters to be either way.
