Meet Noire!

Sorry he took so long, I would have had him done the first day that Blake came out but her outfit was ridiculously hard to find a good equivalent for and other things kept snapping up my attention. Shout out to Chris, who was a super big help in ALL THREE of them and wow I feel really bad for not mentioning him before so I will do it now u___u On to design rambles.

I’m fairly certain that Noire was the hardest of the bunch. Blake’s outfit- what is it, even? It’s like some sort of european ninja with scifi qualities. I couldn’t focus on one of them without almost completely disregarding the other two, and even now the end result is rather european in total (Chris just told me to think of it as a decent equivalent when I told him it looked like a battle butler since Blake looked like a ninja maid (???? rly chris)). Hats off to both Monty and Einlee, you guys make up some crazy-yet-still-simple-and-aesthetically-pleasing designs u__u kudos.

A lot of people (well, when Blake’s name was first revealed, at least) were pretty miffed about her name being so masculine, so I turned that around and figured I could name her boy counterpart something really feminine sounding. So Noire came about, which is derived from the French word ‘Noir’ which is black in French. I hope you guys like him!
