Does anyone know what's wrong with it??? I can't figure it out. Like a redlines would be super helpful, if at all possible. Thank you (:

A beautiful portrait! I really like the way you drew her hair. 
As for what might be "wrong" with it, I think there's a few small things that accumulate and lead to the drawing not quite looking like the reference. I think it's mostly her eyes and eyebrows, which I think could be a tad higher. I also feel like her mouth could be little bit higher, and her right jaw a tiny bit wider where it leads to the ear. It also looks like a bit of her left temple and brow is missing, but that could be me seeing things.
All in all I think you did a really great job with drawing her unique features! Keep it up!

I think that you're definitely right - the main issue here is her eyes/brow. They're too low, giving her a kind of derpy look. But the other things you pointed out, the jaw, mouth, temple, are all great things that I hadn't noticed before. Hmm. I may have to go through and fix this piece, after all!!

Make her eyes purple, like in the books, contrasting with everything else.

First off, I think this is stunning and beautiful!
Second, out of curiosity, I tried to see what might be bothering you. I copied both pictured, layered them and compared them. They are almost completely alike except for the eyes. The only difference is yours are a tiny bit bigger and a hair lower. Otherwise you got it pretty dang spot on! Might just be having one those "I have stared at this way too long for it to look right any more' moments.

Woaaaaah that is the coolest thing, how did you do that?? That's so awesome.. the proportions are pretty good!! It seems as if I've shifted things over to the left more in mine, though. But that might just be because I've made her have more hair on that side of her head. Thank you so much!! This has been super informative!!

Ah, Sorry about not having them quite line up right! I saved like 11 photos, each with the original photo's opacity varying in Sai then turned them into a gif using GIMP XD When I am drawing something from a photo, I always do this (Not a gif but the comparison) so I can see what mistakes I often make.
