Olivia is a ball of sunshine. She loves other people and wants to make everyone smile. She speaks with a strange formality, but don't let that distract you from her good intentions. However, despite her kindhearted nature, she's not very bold and is actually rather quiet and soft spoken. She lights up when you talk to her, but she doesn't often go out of her way to talk to others unless she deems it necessary (ie; cheering someone up) and is perfectly happy to exist by herself. Olivia is easily embarrassed by compliments and despite her extremely positive view on everyone else, doesn't seem to hold herself in any special regard. If asked, she'd describe herself as "just normal".

Olivia's also perhaps a bit too optimistic for her own good. Olivia believes that everyone is good deep down and has difficulty letting things get to her, which while sounds nice on paper, has gotten her into a lot of trouble. Olivia is extremely easy to use and manipulate, and doesn't learn her lesson because she's so vehement that everyone is inherently good. Olivia's generous nature means she's awful with money, too. It's far too easy to convince her that you're in need of x, not to mention that she loves giving gifts to boot. Without proper supervision, Olivia is sure to get herself into trouble, or possibly killed. But at least she'll smile while doing it.

Olivia doesn't remember much of her early childhood. There wasn't really anything to note. The orphanage was nice. The caretakers were nice. The children were nice. Olivia does hold very fond memories of helping the caretakers make food or look after sick children, despite she, herself, being a young child. Everything was bright and happy, at least in Olivia's eyes. Given Olivia's personality, however, an outsider could probably guess that she was taken advantage of regularly by her housing-mates and possibly seen as annoying by some of the caretakers.

There's no real way to know, though, since the orphanage was lost to a feral attack. The children were relocated to the nearby settlement of Home. Before Olivia could be sent to another orphanage, she caught the eye of a bar owner helping in the relief efforts. Despite being small and young, she had a natural charismatic glow to her—the mark of a performer. As he expected, she was a natural. She loved her job, and the customers loved her. While a bit airhead and often forgetful of her duties, Olivia found her home in entertainment.
