Well done. The shading is excellent, though the highlight on the throat is a little strong... would be more accurate to the way light and shadows usually play if the stronger highlight were more towards the side of the neck, rather than the center which would be overshadowed by her chin.
That said, I rather light that the focus of light here is on her cheek rather than her nose/forehead/chin, the places that are usually shown as having more light on them. Exquisite detail in the ear, shown off by the simplicity of detail in her hair.

this piece was made in a train, where a lady asked if she could buy it, i sold it and obviously i would have done more to it but i didnt have time
