Jeff stood very still. Drunk Demonic Penguins were even deadlier than sober ones.He had heard all about them on the news, the poor little boy who was eaten alive.
The only thing moving was the foam from his beer, the result of a nervous hand.

What the..?
Well, I'm not sure I understand the scene, but the pixel art is quite nice. The room seems a bit empty though, for its size. Perhaps larger items/objects or more furniture would make this less of a problem.
I like your brick patterns (red and grey), which look quite nice on the walls of the room. The shadows are also nicely done along with the detailed items on the bookshelves to the right. However, I don't like the furniture. The purple seats are bland and look unfinished and there's a lot of detail missing in the bench behind them.
Hopefully this means we'll see more pixel art from you in the future.

Otherwise, nicely done. The shadows are nice, except for the one from the table... it doesn't look right to me. And the wooden panel behaves strangely, as megawackymax said.

This is a very cool isometric sctage. I especially love the shine on the flat TV. There are a few things that I'd like to point as "constructive critizism", if you allow me:
First, the small wooden edge on the walls (on the floor) cuts through the strange furniture on the right (is it some sort of long sofa?) when it doesn't on the left one.
Second, despite I *like* the look of that wooden square down the little staircases, I wonder why even is it there... There's nothing on it... Looks pretty empty...
And this is no critic, but a wondering question: what's that just behind the flat TV? At first I thought it was a shadow, but then it looks ALMOST as if there would be a hidden passageway behind the TV.
The overall scene looks certainly great, don't even doubt that. It's just those two details that kept me wondering.
