(well, not quite yet, but it will get longer.)
This is OZ. He is a former assassin. He slouches and has prematurely graying hair (which he lives in denial of). He loves his purple sweater, and can manipulate the reflection of any living organic thing.

Height: Tall? About 6 something
Weight: He’s not in shape, but he’s not heavy either. Somewhere between skinny and pudgy, I guess

Personality: He quiet and somewhat shy, but polite to anyone who is polite to him. He is slow to anger and may seem cold and distant to some. He really is a nice guy despite his past (it was never anything personal )

Likes: never having to do anything (being lazy), classic rock, and mirrors/reflections
Dislikes: Oatmeal, his graying hair, making promises

Strengths: manipulating the reflections of organic living things

Weaknesses: Fighting things that are mostly or completely inorganic, being injured if reflection is injured, complete darkness where nothing is reflected, Things that have above human strength or speed

Fighting style: Hand to hand combat is what he uses most often, his skills are similar to those of Judo or Juijitsu (Wiki it, please). If he determines he can’t defeat an opponent fairly, he very sneakily uses his ability to manipulate reflections. He attacks from behind or below with this ability--never head on. If an opponent is using a knife/sword or a gun, he will pull his out to even it up. He will use them to injure, but never to kill. He has a promise to keep, ya know.

Manipulating Reflections:

The ability to manipulate reflections goes so far as to draw them out of a reflective surface. They can stretch and bend as much as Oz wants them to and can interact with the environment. He generally likes to use appendages and things like vines and stuff to grab and hold opponents. if he wanted, Oz could pull an entire body out of a reflection, but he prefers to just use limbs since they are more helpful at attacking, grabbing, and sneaking.

The physical aspects of drawing out a reflection: Oz doesn't need to say any incantations or anything to draw out the reflections. He may move his hand or fingers in the general direction of where he wants them to go, and make a motion concerning how he wants them to act (ex: clenching his fist when he wants it to grab something) but that's about all. Remember that he will make as little physical effort as possible to do anything if he can get away with it.

Injuring through a reflection: A reflection cannot be injured (and in turn damage the person) until Oz pulls it out of the reflective surface. Once it is pulled out, it has technically entered the real world and becomes tangible. The environment can interact with the reflection to the same extent the reflection can interact with the environment.

Oz can only pull reflections out of a mirror (and other reflective surfaces). He cannot go into a mirror itself.

To begin manipulating a reflection of something, he must see it first. After he sees it for the first time and decides to "target" it, he can do whatever he wants with it. He can "jump" it to other reflective surfaces around him. For example, if he saw a reflection in a mirror, he could manipulate the same reflection to be in another mirror further away, but if he sees a mirror far away and can't see his reflection in it, the ability is useless. After he finishes with a reflection and stops manipulating for a while, he has to start over by targeting another reflection

concerning partly inorganic living things: Oz likes to avoid the complexities of manipulating things like half-organic creatures (with robotic or metal arms or bodies and such) because he is lazy, but if he really has to, he can manipulate the organic part, but the inorganic part kind of anchors his manipulations since he can't do anything with them.
