If you have slept too long you simply have to do your morning routine in a while waiting for the bus. Bad northern european weather helps with that
A scene that evolved from a dialogue with on that picture about why one would wait for a bus without taking shelter from the rain which absurdness really demanded beeing sketched.
Done with ink and watercolour.
