i guess rainbows are part of who i am and i believe colors bring about everything
..i am a color-lover and when i was making this, i sort of get carried away, so it translated in the artwork..hahaha..but wel what im trying to say is i guess i cant control my love for rainbows..its just addicting and eye-catching and il never let it go hahaha so enjoy
tools used: Prang watercolor, pentel pen, pencil for sketch, white gel pen and toothbrush! bwahahaha
time: about 2 days?!

This painted piece certainly manages to catch my attention right away-especially with its (appropriately-titled) "rainbow" colours. I'm sure that some viewers, however, might find the colours to be a little hard on the eyes.
I'm assuming, of course, that you used watercolour paints for this?
Your linework is fluent and highly confident. You've even hinted at a spiralling motion in her headdress? (I'm guessing that's what it is, anyway)
I have to be honest, though, that I think it's a little too "busy" in places, which is quite ironic, considering that I have a preference for highly-detailed work. It especially applies if the particular artwork calls for it.

first of all im very thanful for ur words about this artwork of mine..this is the first time i actually got a critique and i was not disappointed..u say such reasonable advatages and flaws
i have to admit i do get carried away with colors and some thriffling details sometimes hahaha...which sometimes become a hindrance to the main subject
nonetheless, ur critique and the fact that u took time to voice out ur opinion is something i deeply appreciate..im very thankful for ur words and rating..

I like colors to. And you style is realley cool

I just love this. So pretty in all colours of the rainbow.
I love how her hair goes and those things next to her seems like pretty butterfly wings.
I also like how the starts covers her curves. Not too much but not too little either.
And those girly eyes, her small nose and cute lips. I just think she's way too pretty!
