both come from wacky families. they both had to grow up fast, you know, saving the world and stuff. Wilbur is fun, a bit silly, with a good head. Violet is mature, a little serious, but has a sense of humor. I think they would complement and understand each other. on a completely superficial note, they make a cute couple

thinking about what you said, their personalities would get along very well. plus it would be surprising for violet if they would end up together because if Tony's her type (from what i can tell from the movie, some kind of a sensitive poet/artist), Will's from a different league.

She's shy and more introverted, not super outgoing. Will is the opposite. He's out there. The two of them would ground each other. They'd create balance. I think that's important in a relationship.

plus, i think wilbur needs violet too. he's smart but capricious, which he uses to get out of trouble which gets him into more trouble and she's more down-to-earth and speaks out her mind especially after the movie. high five!

They're my OTP, nuff said. Also did you intend to draw Wilbur as older than Vi? Coz I like them as 14 and 13 respectively already (but better when they're more mature and know how dating really works etc etc... like in the Team Future fic)

i just wante to know how you handle this age-issue in Real Life.
It's not that one year would make any difference, but you obviously think this is enough of a problem to dislike this pairing.

Well, I'm not exactly against it, per se. After all, one of the teachers in my school is older than her husband, and I'm okay with that as long as it works for them. As far as me goes, I would still be friends with a girl older than me, but I wouldn't take it any further than that. Not sure why, though. Hope that explains it.
